 What are Presets? 

Lightroom Presets are just like Instagram filters (but better!). You can apply Presets to your photos to make them look fabulous – in just 1 simple click!

 How do I use Presets? 

1. Choose a Preset you love – after purchase, your download file will be sent to your email. Pay once and you can use your Presets forever, on as many devices as you like.

2. Install your new Presets on the free Lightroom Mobile app (iPhone + Android) or on your computer. Install in just one minute with my easy to follow guide here.

3. Edit your photos in one click! Open any photo in Lightroom and select a Preset for the magic to happen. Get professionally edited photos in just seconds!

 How do I edit my photo with a Preset? 

It's really as simple as 1-click! Open any photo in the Lightroom app and then click on a preset for the magic to happen. 

 Will your Presets suit my photos?

 Do your Presets work on videos? 

Absolutely! You can use any of my presets on video files via Adobe Lightroom Premium (Subscription Required). However, I recommend using my Video Filters which are designed to edit videos and can be used in the free VN Video Editor Mobile app or with the free CapCut Dekstop app. 

Do I need to purchase Adobe Lightroom CC to be able to use your Presets? 

Not at all! You can download and use the Adobe Lightroom mobile app for free.

Can I use your Presets on my iPhone photos?

Yes! Our Presets are designed to work on mobile photos and RAW photos taken with a camera. Lightroom Presets are iOS and Android compatible. 

I'm not a professional, are your Presets easy to use?

100%, We have thousands of happy customers with all levels of experience. All you need is your mobile phone and you're good to go! You don't need to be a professional photographer to have beautifully edited photos. Have a read of our reviews here.

I’ve bought your Presets, but haven’t received a download link?

Give it 10 minutes, sometimes the emails are a bit slow to come through or they’ll get sent to your junk/spam folder so make sure to check in there. You may have made a typo when entering your email address and that’s why it hasn’t come through. If you haven’t received a download email within 1 hour, don’t worry – just email me at hi@Presetsbykelsey.com and I’ll sort you out :)

Do you offer refunds?

If you’re unhappy with my Presets, please send me an email to hi@Presetsbykelsey.com – I’d love to help you edit your photos and achieve your desired result. Unfortunately, I can not offer refunds due to the digital nature of the product as there is nothing physical to return.
